  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 0.25 cup White Chocolate Chips melted

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Beat until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let the blondie cool completely in the pan before frosting.
  • For the frosting: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and milk; mix well.
  • Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled blondie. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
