  • 1 cup Buttermilk Cold
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Gently stir in buttermilk until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
