  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Beat until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

These blondies are best served warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
