Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
Shape the dough into about 7 equal-sized balls and place them on parchment paper.
Gently flatten each ball with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
Carefully place the parchment paper with cookies into the air fryer basket.
