  • 1.5 cups Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter Unsalted
  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Sweetened
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and walnuts evenly over the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality gluten-free graham cracker. Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
