In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and salsa.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
Spoon about 0.25 cup of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks, if needed.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the flautas for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove toothpicks.
