Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well with your hands.
Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
While meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Slice sub rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Top each roll with meatballs and sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
You can add other toppings like onions and peppers for added flavor. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
