Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and oregano until smooth.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a 12-inch circle.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives.
Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
