  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 0.25 cup Sliced Black Olives

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and oregano until smooth.
  • Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a 12-inch circle.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives.
  • Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
