Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and oregano until smooth.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread into a thin circle.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is set and lightly golden.
Remove from oven and top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings! You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little spice.
