  • 1.5 cups Chickpea Flour
  • 1 cup Water Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup Diced Bell Peppers

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and oregano until smooth.
  • Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread into a thin circle.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is set and lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
  • Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings! You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little spice.
