  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced (any color)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and cooked steak mixture. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
