Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers. You may need to break some crackers to fit.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries over the pudding mixture.
Repeat layers: graham crackers, pudding mixture, and strawberries.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of 2% milk. You can also add a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
