  • 1 box Graham Crackers
  • 3.4 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Milk Cold
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping Thawed
  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries Sliced

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  • Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers. You may need to break some crackers to fit.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries over the pudding mixture.
  • Repeat layers: graham crackers, pudding mixture, and strawberries.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of 2% milk. You can also add a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
