Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust

  • 1.5 cup Pretzel crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted

Coconut Filling

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coconut extract

Topping

  • 0.5 cup Fresh cranberries
  • 2 ounce White chocolate, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine pretzel crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping, shredded coconut, and coconut extract.
  • Pour filling into cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, top with fresh cranberries and chopped white chocolate.
