Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine pretzel crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping, shredded coconut, and coconut extract.
Pour filling into cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Before serving, top with fresh cranberries and chopped white chocolate.
