  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 count Flour Tortillas
  • 1 can Enchilada Sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
