Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
