  • 2 large Eggs Lightly beaten
  • 2 cup Breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs recommended

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip it in the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded chicken cutlets into the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Fry the chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
