Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the Cowboy Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in parsley, thyme, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the chicken. Pour in heavy cream and Cowboy Butter. Toss to coat.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if desired. For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
