  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound Penne pasta
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon Crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Green onions Chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Stir in 0.75 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and 0.75 of the crumbled bacon.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other toppings like diced tomatoes or jalapenos for extra flavor!
