Preparation Steps
Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips.
Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Stir in raspberry liqueur, if using.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to roll.
Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in crushed freeze-dried raspberries.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
