  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Red Grapes, halved

Preparation Steps

  • Wash and prepare all fruits as indicated in the ingredient list.
  • In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, layer the fruits in rainbow order: Strawberries, Clementines, Pineapple, Kiwi, Blueberries, Blackberries and Red Grapes.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later. Best served within a few hours.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe fruits. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
