  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate chips
  • 9 ounce Graham cracker crust Store-bought

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Mix in vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream. You can also add a swirl of chocolate sauce on top before serving.
