  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 package Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onion sliced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles cooked

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook chicken with fajita seasoning until browned. Add bell peppers and onion and cook until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Add chicken mixture and cooked egg noodles to the cheese mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
