  • 1.5 lb Sirloin Steak Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in rice, chicken broth, and chili powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Serve immediately.

Notes
