Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cake cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the cake with a fork or wooden spoon.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, making sure to get into the holes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream over the cake.
Top with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
