Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, yeast, and salt.
Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
