Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the lemon juice and cranberry sauce until the mixture is evenly colored.
In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the yum-yum to set.
Cut into squares and serve chilled. Enjoy!
