Preparation Steps
Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add broccoli florets and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Stir in garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked orzo to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
