  • 0.5 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Oil-packed, drained
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add broccoli florets and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  • Stir in garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cooked orzo to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
