  • 1.5 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes and green chilies 10 oz can, undrained
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 10 Flour tortillas 6-inch
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook chicken breasts according to your preferred method (boiling, baking, or grilling). Shred or dice the chicken and mix with taco seasoning.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes and green chilies, softened cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer tortillas, shredded chicken, and the cream cheese mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
