Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
