Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Brown ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add uncooked ziti pasta and beef broth to the Instant Pot. Make sure pasta is mostly submerged.
Secure the lid and set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, followed by a 5-minute natural pressure release, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Stir in ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Place the lid back on the Instant Pot. Set to Keep Warm or Low Sauté until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a dollop of pesto to each serving. Garnish with fresh basil for an extra touch.
