Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season the lamb cubes with salt and pepper.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the lamb cubes over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, carrots, and potatoes to the pot. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well.
Pour in the lamb broth and water. Add the thyme.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5-2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
