  • 1 cup cooked spinach chopped, and well-drained
  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage cooked
  • 10 pieces eggroll wrappers
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and oregano.
  • Place an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and spread a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center, then add a spoonful of ground Italian sausage.
  • Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet, and fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes
