  • 1 tbsp yeast Active dry yeast
  • 1.25 cups warm water Approximately 110°F

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add it to the dry ingredients.
  • Knead the mixture until a soft dough forms. Incorporate cheese as you knead.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a crispier crust, brush the top with olive oil before baking.
