Preparation Steps
Season the goat meat with salt and 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
Heat oil in a pot and brown the goat meat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in the remaining curry powder and enough water to cover the meat.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
