  • 3.5 pounds goat meat cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder Jamaican style
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Preparation Steps

  • Season the goat meat with salt and 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
  • Heat oil in a pot and brown the goat meat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
  • Stir in the remaining curry powder and enough water to cover the meat.
  • Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
