Crispy and healthy kale chips, seasoned with olive oil and spices. A perfect snack!

  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Remove thick stems.
  • Massage olive oil, salt, and garlic powder into kale.
  • Arrange kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding other spices like red pepper flakes or onion powder.
