Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in lime juice, eggs, and vanilla.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
