In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, quartered potatoes, red onion wedges, and bell pepper chunks.
Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat everything evenly.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and browned, and the kielbasa is heated through and slightly crispy. Stir halfway through cooking for even browning.
