Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).
Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
Serve hot with rice and your favorite side dishes. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
