  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs well with water and salt until fully mixed.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a heat-resistant bowl and cover with a lid or plate.
  • Place the bowl in a pot with simmering water, ensuring the water level reaches halfway up the side of the bowl.
  • Steam for about 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat until the eggs are just set.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
