Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, and ginger.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Add onion and carrots and cook until softened.
Add bell pepper and cook for another minute. Pour sauce over the beef and vegetables and bring to a simmer.
Add noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust the amount of Gochujang depending on your spice preference.
