Korean Stir-Fry Noodles

Delicious and easy Korean stir-fry noodles with a savory and slightly spicy sauce.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Dried Noodles Use thick wheat noodles like udon or thick spaghetti
  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin Thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 2 Carrots Julienned
  • 1 Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped

Sauce

  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Grated

Preparation Steps

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, garlic, and ginger.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Add onion and carrots and cook until softened.
  • Add bell pepper and cook for another minute. Pour sauce over the beef and vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  • Add noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Gochujang depending on your spice preference.
