Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate small bowl, whisk the milk, oil, and egg until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These muffins are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
