  • 1.75 cups Krusteaz Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk the milk, oil, and egg until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These muffins are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
