  • 0.5 cup peanuts roasted and unsalted
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch for thickening
  • 4 dried red chilies optional, for heat

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry peanuts until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, stir-fry chicken until cooked through. Add chilies and peanuts back to the pan. Mix well and serve hot.
