Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry peanuts until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry chicken until cooked through. Add chilies and peanuts back to the pan. Mix well and serve hot.
