Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Serve cold.

Notes

You can add a few drops of yellow food coloring to enhance the lemon color if desired.
