  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Top with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Notes

This salad is best served fresh. You can add other vegetables, such as cucumbers or bell peppers, if desired.
