  • 2 units lemons juiced and zested

Preparation Steps

  • Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and add the sugar.
  • Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Divide the mixture among serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Best served chilled. Garnish with lemon zest if desired.
