Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam or boil cauliflower until tender-crisp.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Fold in the cooked cauliflower.
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier casserole, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute other cheeses, such as Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack.
