  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam or boil cauliflower until tender-crisp.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in the cooked cauliflower.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a spicier casserole, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute other cheeses, such as Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack.
