  • 0.5 oz orange curaçao
  • 0.5 oz lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 oz orgeat syrup
  • 0.5 oz dark rum For float
  • 1 lime wheel For garnish
  • 1 mint sprig For garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Fill a shaker with ice and add white rum, orange curaçao, lime juice, and orgeat syrup. Shake well.
  • Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Gently pour dark rum over the back of a spoon to float on top.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
