  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Mango Habanero Glaze

  • 1 cup Mango puree fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Habanero pepper finely minced, remove seeds for less heat

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.

  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.

Glaze Preparation

  • While the wings are baking, prepare the mango habanero glaze. In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, honey, apple cider vinegar, and habanero pepper.

  • Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened slightly.
  • Once the wings are cooked, toss them with the mango habanero glaze until evenly coated.
