Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.
Glaze Preparation
While the wings are baking, prepare the mango habanero glaze. In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, honey, apple cider vinegar, and habanero pepper.
