Marble Black and White Cupcakes

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Divide the batter in half. In one bowl, stir in cocoa powder.
Spoon alternating dollops of vanilla and chocolate batter into each cupcake liner.
Swirl the batters together using a toothpick or skewer to create a marble effect.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cupcakes cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
