  • 3 cups sweet corn fresh or frozen
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese sharp
  • 0.5 cup sour cream full fat
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Add lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Notes

For added heat, include chopped jalapenos or hot sauce to taste.
