  • 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 0.5 cup Diced Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Preparation Steps

  • Sear the beef roast in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • Add onion, garlic, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until fragrant.
