  • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin steaks thinly sliced
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs preferably seasoned
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

  • Place the slices of beef between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until thin.
  • Dredge the steaks in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
