Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the slices of beef between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until thin.
Dredge the steaks in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
